An unpasteurized/raw milk farmhouse table cheese named for Sweet Grass Dairy's hometown, made in the style of a French (Pyrenees) Mountain Tomme. Released between 60-90 days, it is naturally rinded with a semi-soft texture and subtle grassy flavors.
Made from the raw milk of cows that graze on grass year-round.
