Our Italian style Sun-dried Tomato Chicken sausage is made from scratch right here on the farm with pasture raised chicken from Brian's Acres.

It features white wine and sun-dried tomatoes and it has just a little bit of heat thanks to the addition of red pepper flakes.

One customer tells us that they add our loose sausage to their favorite meatloaf recipe and another adds it to their potato soup recipe!
