Scratch Chorizo is similar to the Chorizo that we've had made by our processor. Our kids think our recipe is even better though!
This Chorizo has just a little bit of heat thanks to the Ancho chili powder, but it's really not hot, just well seasoned.
Chorizo makes great tacos, or eat it for breakfast with eggs. We like it added to homemade Macaroni and Cheese. One customer tells us that she adds it to potato soup and another adds it to their chili recipe.
