Ramen Broth is made by simmering pork bones, pig feet, fresh ginger, Shitake mushrooms, and onions.
We make our Pork Bone Broth right here on the farm. We use a mix of pork soup bones and neck bones and simmer them for nearly 2 days to extract all of the goodness.
Heat and serve with your favorite Ramen noodles (we cook the noodles right in the broth) and your favorite Ramen soup toppings such as soft boiled egg, sliced green onions, chopped cilantro and more!
Enjoy a hot mug of bone broth instead of coffee or tea!
This version was seasoned by Zach with Organic Aged Soy Sauce, Dried Shitake Mushrooms, Mirin, Sake, and salt. He left slightly it under salted so that you could finish it to your taste with your choice of Soy Sauce, Tamari Sauce, or just plain salt.
