Ramen Broth is made by simmering pork bones, pig feet, fresh ginger, Shitake mushrooms, and onions for two whole days!
Heat and serve with your favorite Ramen noodles (we cook the noodles right in the broth) and your favorite Ramen soup toppings such as soft boiled egg, sliced green onions, chopped cilantro and more!
Enjoy a hot mug of bone broth instead of coffee or tea!
This version is unsalted and otherwise unseasoned. Salt it to taste with soy sauce, Tamari sauce, or just plain salt.
