I asked the processor to split hams into smaller more manageable pieces as whole hams are quite sizeable.


The result is ham roasts that are roughly 1/3 the size of a whole ham - that is they average 5 lbs each. Some of these hams will be bone in and some will be bone out.


If you want to try brining or smoking your own ham - but don't want to try it with a giant full sized ham, these are for you!
