That mistake was a while back, now I ask for most of the flank steak this way as it's turned out to be a great seller. Apparently they are fantastic on the grill! Who knew?
Flank Steak is extremely flavorful, though is also tends to be one of the tougher cuts of beef. Moist cooking techniques help to break down connective tissues resulting in more tenderness. When grilled one should be careful not to over cook it – serve it cut against the grain to make it less chewy.
