Not Your Mama's Meatloaf

Ingredients
- (1 lb) Ground beef
- (1 lb) Ground pork
- (1 TBSP) Dried onion flakes
- (1 1/2 tsp) Garlic Salt
- (2 tsp) Dried Rosemary
- (1 1/2 tsp) Dried Thyme
- (to taste) Black Pepper
- (1/4 cup) Almond flour
- (1) egg
- (1) egg
Directions

Combine the meats and the egg first.
Then add all of the dry ingredients. Work them in with a large spoon or fork - I like to use my hands to make sure it all gets mixed in well.
Fill a loaf pan and level off the top.

Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
Slice and serve.
This recipe is super easy to make ahead of time - just throw it in the oven at the same time as some baking potatoes, or keep it paleo and use sweet potatoes.
I forgot to get a pic before I served this.... I only got half a slice. Three teenagers gobbled it down fast!
