Pork Tenderloin is a long and mildly flavored cut of meat taken from along the backbone.  Tenderloin takes to marinades well and should be quickly cooked over a fairly high heat, such as on a grill, seared, roasted, or sliced and cooked in stir-fries. Since the meat is lean, care should be taken not to overcook it.

We get many requests for pork tenderloin, it’s one of the first cuts to sell out – always a big customer favorite!
