Beef processing is scheduled for July, August and September. Pork processing is scheduled for May - September. Processing dates will be filled on a first come first serve basis! Beef will be ready to ship or for delivery/pickup between late July and mid October.

Place your deposit now and when your beef or pork is ready we will coordinate with you for final payment and shipping or delivery.
